‘Property of the State’ now in production

We’re delighted to share that drama ‘Property of the State’ is now in production. Filming commenced on September 1st in Northern Ireland and will continue to do so over the next 4 weeks, with rising star Patrick Gibson playing the lead, and also starring Valene Kane (The Fall, ’71, Frankenstein).ballykelly

The film is being shot in Northern Ireland at the old Shackleton army base in Ballykelly and we’re excited to see how director Terry Ryan produces this chilling true story, so be sure to watch this space for further updates.

Property of the state is a hard hitting drama, following the story of Anne Marie and threading together the events that lead to the harrowing murders of a young Mother, her child and a priest by a twenty year old man with a mental age of seven.

    when is this film going to be aired as i would love to see it as some was filmed outside my back garden in kingslane ballykelly

      Hi Maureen, the Production Company for this film is GSP Studios. We have previously been advised that they plan to submit and premiere the film at the Galway Film Fleadh in July.

    Will it be on the tv my daughter played a small part in it and dying to see it
